Construction Accountant to Rebuild Books & Job Costing (QuickBooks Online)

Freddy's Drywall LLC is a U.S. commercial drywall, framing, painting, and acoustical ceiling subcontractor. We are looking for an experienced Construction Accountant to reconstruct our accounting records and build a long-term financial management system. Current Scope Reconstruct accounting records from January 2024 to Present. Many of our records are: Paper invoices Handwritten notes Payroll records Subcontractor invoices Check copies Receipts Many documents are written in Spanish, so the ability to read Spanish is highly preferred. Responsibilities Reconstruct historical accounting records Rebuild QuickBooks Online Bank reconciliations Organize payroll and subcontractor expenses Create a proper Chart of Accounts Calculate labor burden Allocate overhead Build job costing by project Calculate material pricing Determine monthly operating costs Calculate break-even revenue Create a bid pricing model Calculate owner compensation Build monthly financial reports Create a tax reserve strategy Build profitability reports and dashboards Deliverables I need a system that tells me: True labor cost per hour Break-even hourly billing rate Material pricing Monthly business expenses Monthly revenue required to break even Business overhead Owner compensation Other operating expenses Net profit Profit margin by project Job costing Bid pricing calculator Monthly financial dashboard Preferred: Fluent in English and Spanish Experience with commercial construction subcontractors Experience rebuilding books from paper records Please include examples of similar construction accounting projects you've completed.
