Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to estimate labor and materials for our residential custom homes. The role involves creating detailed material lists and work orders using Planswift and Excel. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimation and project management, with proficiency in specific software tools. You must know the IRC code and be very familiar with construction materials in the United States. Ability to negotiate deals with our subcontractors & vendors is also a major plus. We build 16 customs a year, so this is about a 20 hr a week job.
