Contract Math Tutor & Sales Specialist

Job Title: Contract Math Tutor & Education Sales Specialist We are seeking a skilled and personable professional with a background in elementary education and sales to join our team as a contract Math Tutor & Education Sales Specialist. This role blends teaching and consultative sales, requiring someone who can both deliver an engaging trial lesson and guide parents toward the right learning solution for their child. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located outside the United States. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging, high-quality free trial math tutoring sessions for grade school students. Assess each student’s strengths, gaps, and learning needs during the session. Clearly communicate insights to parents, helping them understand their child’s academic challenges and opportunities. Recommend and confidently sell Wonder Math as the solution tailored to the child’s needs. Build trust with parents through a consultative, empathetic approach. Track leads, follow up with families, and manage your sales pipeline. Required Qualifications Prior experience teaching at the elementary (grade school) level. 2–4 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or consultative selling. Strong ability to explain academic concepts and student performance to non-educators (parents). Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Excellent English speaking skills Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently. Excellent in teaching math to elementary aged students Preferred Qualifications Experience in tutoring or teaching math specifically. Background in EdTech, online tutoring, or education services sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. What Success Looks Like Delivering engaging trial sessions that leave students excited and parents confident. Accurately diagnosing student needs and communicating them clearly. Converting trial sessions into paid enrollments through a consultative approach. Contract Details Remote contract role (international candidates encouraged to apply).
