We are looking for one dedicated Country Manager for HUNGARY The Mission As the local lead, you will be responsible for the entire market entry strategy (pre-launch phase), balancing two core pillars: B2B Distribution: Identifying and securing partnerships with top-tier distributors, specialized retail chains, and veterinary networks. B2C & Marketplaces: Driving the local digital footprint, from e-commerce optimization to marketplace presence (Amazon, etc.). Key Responsibilities Market Localization: Adapting our premium brand positioning to specific cultural and regulatory nuances. Pipeline Building: Developing a robust B2B sales funnel and establishing brand authority. Strategic Growth: Managing the local rollout and scaling operations through a data-driven approach. Profile Sought Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven track record in business development or launching new brands (Pet Care, Nutraceutical, or Premium FMCG). Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of your country’s retail landscape and distribution channels. Language: Native-level command of the local language and fluency in English.
