Create Three Professional Heart Squad Customer Onboarding Videos for Medical Monitoring Devices

Job Description Heart Squad is seeking an experienced video producer to create three short, professional customer onboarding videos for our home health-monitoring devices: 1. BP2 Blood Pressure + ECG Monitor 2. upon successful completion of #1 this is a similar product and a simlar video needed 3. upon successful completion of #2 this is a similar product and a simlar video needed These videos will most likely be published on YouTube and provided to new Heart Squad customers immediately after enrollment. Each video must clearly show the customer how to go from opening the delivered package to successfully using the device and confirming that the results have synchronized with the Heart Squad App. I will record a brief welcome message at the beginning of each video. The producer will create the remaining demonstrations, narration, graphics, editing, and final production. We are open to: Live-action product demonstrations AI-assisted production Animation and motion graphics A combination of live action, AI, and animation The production method is flexible. Our priority is creating the clearest, most accurate, educational, and professional onboarding experience possible. Video 1: BP2 Blood Pressure and ECG Monitor The video should demonstrate: Opening the shipping package. Identifying the BP2 monitor, blood pressure cuff, charging cable, and other included items. Inspecting the contents to confirm that everything is present. Charging and powering on the BP2. Downloading and signing into the Heart Squad App. Connecting the BP2 to the Heart Squad App. Preparing for an accurate blood pressure measurement: Empty your bladder. Avoid caffeine, smoking, and exercise for at least 30 minutes. Sit quietly for five minutes before testing. Sit with your back supported. Keep both feet flat on the floor. Keep your legs uncrossed. Place the cuff directly against bare skin. Support the arm so the cuff is at heart level. Remain still and silent throughout the measurement. Applying the cuff correctly: Position the cuff on the upper arm. Allow enough room to slide two fingers underneath it. Position the cuff’s “Down Art.” arrow over the brachial artery. Confirm that the cuff is secure but not excessively tight. Starting the blood pressure measurement. Showing the cuff inflating and automatically releasing. Showing the systolic and diastolic results on the BP2 and in the Heart Squad App. Removing or sliding off the cuff. Selecting the ECG function. Placing both hands correctly over the BP2 electrodes. Remaining still while the ECG is recorded. Showing the ECG results synchronizing with the Heart Squad App. Confirming that both the blood pressure and ECG readings were successfully saved. The blood pressure instructions must be medically accurate and visually easy to follow. Production Requirements The selected producer will be responsible for: Reviewing the devices and operating instructions. Helping refine the scripts and shot lists. Creating a consistent visual style for all three videos. Incorporating my recorded Heart Squad welcome message. Providing professional narration or voiceover. Including captions and on-screen instructions. Using close-up shots where hand placement, cuff placement, electrodes, buttons, or app screens must be clearly visible. Incorporating Heart Squad branding, logo, colors, and app screen recordings. Using plain language appropriate for customers with no technical or medical background. Keeping the videos concise without moving too quickly. Ensuring that the demonstrations match the actual devices and Heart Squad App. Avoiding medical claims or statements that Heart Squad diagnoses or treats medical conditions. Heart Squad is a monitoring platform. Members use the information to understand their health trends and share reports with their healthcare professionals. Deliverables Please include: Three completed onboarding videos, subject to final agreed scope Recommended length of approximately 3–6 minutes per video 16:9 YouTube-ready versions in 1080p or 4K Captioned and non-captioned versions Separate caption files Thumbnail image for each video Final scripts and shot lists Licensed music, narration, graphics, and footage Two reasonable rounds of revisions Final editable project/source files Full commercial usage rights for Heart Squad Shorter edited clips, if included in your proposal, for our website, app, email, or social media Materials Heart Squad Can Provide We can provide: The three physical devices and accessories, if required Device manuals and instructions Heart Squad logo and brand materials Access to the Heart Squad App App screen recordings or assistance creating them My recorded customer welcome message Feedback from our technical and clinical teams Examples of the desired procedures and customer experience Please explain whether you need the physical devices shipped to you and where you are located. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with experience producing: Customer onboarding or product-training videos Medical device or home health-monitoring demonstrations Consumer electronics tutorials YouTube instructional content Live-action product demonstrations Motion graphics, animation, or AI-assisted video Clear app screen recordings and close-up product footage Accuracy, clarity, and teaching ability are more important than flashy effects. Whether you recommend live action, AI, animation, or a combination. Your suggested length for each video. Your estimated timeline. Your total price for all three videos. Whether you will provide scripts, storyboards, captions, thumbnails, and editable source files. Whether you need us to ship the devices to you. Confirmation that Heart Squad will receive full commercial usage rights.
