Summary

The Customer Success Coordinator owns the customer experience after the sale. They serve as the customer's advocate, providing proactive updates throughout production, sending shipping confirmations and review requests, and ensuring customers always know the status of their order. This person monitors production timelines, flags potential delays before they become problems, and works with internal teams to keep orders on track. They troubleshoot issues, de-escalate customer concerns, and are comfortable picking up the phone to speak directly with coaches, athletic directors, and school staff when needed. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a friendly, customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to manage many moving pieces while making every customer feel supported and informed.
