Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will work closely with the founder and the operational team. Customer Success & Client Care Manage communications with clients during service delivery Collect and organize revision requests Monitor project progress and deadlines Handle post-delivery communications Conduct follow-up activities to monitor client satisfaction Identify potential issues before they escalate Support the management of complaints and sensitive situations Operations & Process Improvement Monitor activities through CRM and internal tools Maintain accurate client records and documentation Improve internal procedures and workflows Create checklists, SOPs, and operational processes Support workflow optimization and automation initiatives Executive & Administrative Support Filter incoming communications Perform initial evaluation of partnership and collaboration requests Schedule appointments and coordinate activities Facilitate communication among team members Strategic Support Analyze client feedback Identify opportunities to improve services Support client retention initiatives Research tools, ideas, and solutions to improve customer experience Monitor competitors and industry trends Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This person should be able to understand clients' needs, solve problems effectively, and remain calm and professional even in challenging situations. Essential Requirements Native Italian speaker Excellent written Italian communication skills Strong empathy and interpersonal intelligence Outstanding organizational skills Problem-solving mindset Attention to detail Ability to work independently Proactive attitude Continuous improvement mindset Genuine interest in career development, education, HR, or recruitment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Customer Success, Customer Care, or Account Management Experience in HR, Recruiting, Career Coaching, or Career Services CRM experience Familiarity with automation tools and workflows Knowledge of LinkedIn and personal branding Experience coordinating projects and client relationships Who Is NOT a Good Fit People who require constant supervision People who only execute tasks without proposing improvements Professionals looking for short-term gigs only People who are uncomfortable communicating directly with clients Collaboration Details Freelance collaboration (independent contractor) Fully remote Initial workload: approximately 20–25 hours per week Structured onboarding and training period Long-term growth opportunity within the company Compensation The initial compensation starts at approximately €800 per month during the onboarding and integration phase. We are not looking for someone to simply complete tasks. We are looking for a professional who can progressively take ownership, improve processes, create value, and grow together with the company. Compensation can grow significantly over time, reaching approximately €1,500–€2,500+ per month based on performance, responsibilities, contribution to the business, and long-term commitment.
