POSITION: Driver Onboarding & Safety Compliance Administrator (Remote) Compensation: Hourly or Salary (Based on Experience) About the Position We are seeking a highly organized compliance professional responsible for driver onboarding, Driver Qualification Files (DQF), FMCSA compliance, drug and alcohol program administration, and maintaining accurate driver records. Key Responsibilities Driver Onboarding • Process all new driver applications • Review qualification requirements • Collect and verify onboarding documents • Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities • Track application status and follow-up requirements Driver Qualification Files (DQF) Maintain complete DQFs including: • Employment application • CDL verification • Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) • Previous employer safety verification • Drug and alcohol history checks • Medical Examiner Certificate • Road test certificate or equivalent • Annual review documents • Driver certifications Drug & Alcohol Compliance • Coordinate pre-employment drug testing • Manage consortium enrollment • Schedule random testing requirements • Maintain FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse records • Track testing compliance deadlines • Maintain all required documentation Safety & Compliance • Monitor driver qualification status • Track medical card expirations • Monitor license renewals • Manage compliance deadlines • Assist with FMCSA audits • Maintain driver files and company records Required Experience • Minimum 2 years transportation compliance experience • Knowledge of FMCSA regulations • Experience managing Driver Qualification Files • Experience with Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse • Understanding of DOT drug testing requirements • Strong organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail Software Experience Preferred • Google Workspace • Microsoft Office • Driver qualification management systems • FMCSA Clearinghouse • Motive, Samsara, or similar platforms • Electronic document management systems Preferred Qualifications • Safety department experience • Trucking company compliance experience • DOT audit preparation experience • Experience onboarding owner-operators and company drivers To Apply Submit: • Resume • Summary of transportation compliance experience • FMCSA compliance experience • Drug & Alcohol program experience • Expected compensation
