You won't be cold calling strangers. You won't be reading from a script. And you won't be pushing people into buying something they don't need. Every person you speak to has already raised their hand. They want help. They know something is holding them back, and they're ready to talk about it. Your job is to have a real conversation, ask the right questions, and help them figure out if Sarah's program is the right move for them. That's it. Who is Sarah? Sarah Gershman is a sought-after speaking coach who helps smart, capable professionals stop being overlooked and start being heard. Her clients are executives, team leads, and experts who are great at their jobs but struggle to communicate that when it counts — in meetings, pitches, presentations, and high-stakes conversations. What the role actually looks like: Around 8 calls per day with warm prospects who have already expressed interest. You'll be trained on a relaxed, consultative sales method — no pressure tactics, no hard closing. You guide the conversation, they do most of the talking, and the right people close themselves. Target: 2–3 sales per day at $100 per sale = $200–$300/day. You'll also go through Sarah's full course (paid — you get a one-time $200 training fee) so you actually understand what you're selling. You're a fit if: - You're a native English speaker (US, UK, Canada, South Africa, or Australia only) - You can talk to educated professionals without sounding robotic or rehearsed - You're comfortable on pure commission and motivated by what you close - You're coachable, reliable, and take full-time work seriously - You enjoy conversations where you're genuinely trying to help someone, not just pitch them - Sales experience is a plus but not required.
