About the Role: We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and trustworthy professional based in Budapest to support our business with administrative, operational, and financial tasks. This role combines executive assistance, office administration, and finance coordination. The successful candidate will act as our local representative in Hungary and handle various in-person matters that require a presence in Budapest. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and organizational support to management Coordinate appointments, meetings, and documentation Communicate with local authorities, service providers, and business partners Assist with accounting, invoicing, and financial administration Prepare and organize documents for accountants and tax advisors Handle incoming mail, official correspondence, and document management Visit government offices, service providers, and other institutions when required Liaise with utility companies (e.g., MVM, E.ON, telecommunications providers, etc.) Support company administration and operational activities in Hungary Manage local tasks and projects independently Assist with contracts, registrations, and various business-related matters Requirements: Native Hungarian speaker (mandatory) Fluent English or German (written and spoken) Based in Budapest or the surrounding area Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional, reliable, and highly discreet Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Coordinator Background in accounting, bookkeeping, finance administration, or tax-related work is a PLUS Familiarity with Hungarian administrative and governmental processes Experience working with local authorities, utility providers, and business service providers
