We help busy professionals protect the health that powers their success through a combination of personal training, physiotherapy, nutrition coaching, habit and lifestyle coaching. We are not a traditional gym. We work with ambitious professionals who want more energy, resilience and long-term health without sacrificing their careers. Who We Help: Our clients are typically: 35 - 55 of age Entrepreneurs Business Owners CEOs & Directors Senior Managers Consultants High-performing professionals Living in Amsterdam 0- 7km to our Studio location These individuals are ambitious but often struggle to prioritize their own health due to demanding careers and family responsibilities. The Role: We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help us connect with professionals identified through LinkedIn and other platforms. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Your responsibility is to start professional conversations, qualify interest, and book appointments for our Executive Health Audit. Your Responsibilities: -Call LinkedIn prospects and introduce Beyondfit professionally. -Build rapport and create genuine conversations. Qualify potential clients. -Schedule Executive Health Audit appointments. Update our CRM (Pipedrive). -Work closely with our founder to improve scripts and messaging. -Provide feedback on objections and market insights. What We're Looking For: -Excellent English communication skills (Dutch is a plus). -Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting. -Comfortable speaking with executives and business owners. -Confident, professional and personable.
