Experienced Bookkeeper for QuickBooks, Ramp, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable Management

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to help manage our accounts receivable, accounts payable, and day-to-day bookkeeping processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with QuickBooks and Ramp, and be comfortable reviewing, categorizing, and reconciling financial transactions. The short-term focus of this role will be helping with the reclassification of transactions in QuickBooks to ensure our books are accurate and properly organized. Ongoing responsibilities will include: Daily review of transactions from bank feeds and credit cards Posting and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows Tracking invoices and payment status Reconciling financial transactions Categorizing expenses accurately Scheduling timely vendor payments Helping improve and streamline bookkeeping processes Attention to detail, consistency, and strong accounting software experience are essential for this role.
