Job Overview We are seeking a professional, patient, and detail-oriented Math Competition Teacher with solid personal or hands-on coaching experience in AMC8, AMC10, AMC12, and AIME math competitions. We prioritize teachers who focus on cultivating students’ logical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving mindset, rather than rote formula memorization and mechanical question-solving. This is a long-term online teaching position for international student groups, with stable class arrangements and standardized teaching procedures. Core Qualification Requirements 1. Professional Math Competition Background (Mandatory) Candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements: Personal participation experience in AMC8/AMC10/AMC12/AIME official math competitions with a comprehensive understanding of competition systems, question patterns, and ability assessment logic; ​You need to be extremely familiar with the Aops series of textbooks that we are using. Rich one-on-one or group coaching experience for students preparing for AMC and AIME competitions, capable of guiding students to build systematic mathematical thinking. Teaching Philosophy Requirement: You are required to teach underlying mathematical logic, derivation principles, and problem-solving thinking routes, helping students understand and flexibly apply knowledge. Pure formula-based drilling teaching methods are not accepted. 2. English Proficiency (Mandatory) - IELTS score of 8.5 or above; ​ - Near-native English fluency with neutral and clear pronunciation, capable of smooth, accurate, and professional all-English online teaching and student communication. Teaching Platform & Work Tools - Online teaching via the ClassIn interactive teaching platform; ​ - No prior ClassIn experience is required. We provide complete official tutorial videos and systematic operation guidance to help you quickly master platform functions and online teaching skills. Daily Teaching Responsibilities 1. Follow our official standardized teaching textbooks and complete high-quality online teaching as scheduled; ​ 2. Write complete, clear, and structured electronic blackboard notes during class to ensure intuitive knowledge presentation and convenient student review; ​ 3. Adopt a rigorous, patient, and responsible teaching attitude, with careful explanation of knowledge points and active interaction with students, no perfunctory teaching; ​ 4. Assign targeted after-class exercises matching the course content after each class; ​ 5. Complete detailed, targeted homework correction and personalized feedback comments, helping students summarize weaknesses and optimize learning methods; ​ 6. Maintain good long-term learning tracking and communication with students to assist continuous ability improvement.
