Experienced eCommerce Bookkeeper Needed | QuickBooks Online, Shopify & Amazon

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Bookkeeper to manage the financial records of our growing online business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, and QuickBooks Online, along with a strong understanding of eCommerce accounting and reconciliation processes Responsibilities: Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, and bank accounts Record and categorize sales, refunds, fees, and expenses Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets Track inventory-related transactions and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain accurate financial records and reports Assist with month-end and year-end closing Requirements: Proven experience in eCommerce bookkeeping Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online Experience with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Etsy, or Walmart Marketplace Knowledge of sales tax and eCommerce financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
