We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Financial Operations & Bookkeeping Specialist to manage day-to-day financial workflows, keep our books pristine, and maintain clear separation and organization across these three entities. Key Responsibilities Multi-Entity Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date ledgers for Praesto Network, Praesto Pro, and Guarded Cyber. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send client invoices, track milestone payments, and follow up on outstanding collections. Accounts Payable (AP): Review, categorize, and reconcile vendor invoices, software subscriptions, and contractor payouts. Bank Reconciliation: Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Expense Categorization: Ensure precise tracking of operational expenses, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inter-company transactions. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing basic monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or financial operations, ideally supporting tech startups, agencies, or IT/cybersecurity firms. Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of cloud accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Xero) and standard tech stacks (Slack, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets). Multi-Company Management: Proven ability to manage financials for multiple related entities without mixing data (inter-company transaction experience is a major plus). Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in numbers, data entry, and financial organization. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal team members and clients regarding invoices.
