Find Verified US MSP Decision-Maker Emails — Paid Per Accepted Contact

We are looking for an experienced B2B contact researcher to build a verified list of people working at US-based Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This is a small paid pilot with the potential for substantial ongoing work. Our long-term goal is to acquire 50,000+ qualified MSP contacts. PILOT COMPENSATION $0.05 per accepted email Maximum of 250 accepted emails Maximum pilot payment: $12.50 Payment is based on accepted contacts, not submitted contacts or hours worked The Upwork budget reflects the potential for follow-on work. The initial funded milestone will be limited to $12.50 for up to 250 accepted contacts. Additional milestones will be offered only after the pilot is successfully completed. A CONTACT IS ACCEPTED ONLY IF: The email is not already in our existing database, which will be used for duplicate checking ZeroBounce classifies the email as Valid The person works for a genuine US-based MSP, MSSP, managed cybersecurity provider, or break/fix IT company transitioning to managed services It is an individual business email using the company’s domain It is not Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, AOL, or another public email service It is not a generic address such as info@, sales@, support@, contact@, or admin@ The first name is accurate The contact is located in the United States The contact is not duplicated within your submission The company is not a technology vendor selling products to MSPs We prefer owners, executives, leaders, managers, and decision-makers. However, other legitimate employees of qualified MSPs may be accepted. We check them against our existing database. We submit the remaining emails to ZeroBounce. We review whether the companies are genuine MSPs. We pay $0.05 for each contact that passes every requirement. You will not be paid for duplicates, invalid emails, generic inboxes, public email addresses, vendors, non-US contacts, or companies that are not genuine MSPs. Replacing rejected contacts does not increase the 250-contact pilot cap. We will pay only for the final number of accepted contacts, up to 250. WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN MSP? An MSP—Managed Service Provider—is a company that provides ongoing, recurring IT management and support to other businesses. Qualifying companies typically provide several of these services: Managed IT services Help desk and remote technical support Network, server, and endpoint management Microsoft 365 or cloud management Cybersecurity monitoring and management Backup and disaster recovery IT infrastructure management Managed detection and response Recurring IT support agreements We also accept: MSSPs and managed cybersecurity service providers Break/fix IT companies that are actively offering managed services DO NOT INCLUDE: Software or hardware vendors selling products to MSPs IT distributors Telecom carriers Staffing and recruiting companies Marketing agencies Independent consultants without managed-service clients Internal IT departments Companies that only repair consumer computers Companies that only provide web design or software development Businesses that use “MSP” to mean something other than Managed Service Provider The company website must clearly show that it provides ongoing managed IT or managed cybersecurity services to business clients.
