Fractional External DPO (Ongoing) - GDPR / UK GDPR, AI B2B SaaS

We're a small, self-funded B2B SaaS company, currently in stealth, building an AI-era product that measures R&D productivity for engineering organizations. Because the product involves large-scale, systematic monitoring of individuals' work activity, we've determined that appointing a Data Protection Officer is mandatory for us, and our founder cannot serve in the role because of the independence and conflict-of-interest rules. We're looking for an external, fractional DPO to be formally appointed and to support us on an ongoing basis. Please read this part: this is NOT a one-time audit and NOT a document-writing project. Our legal and compliance corpus is already built and aligned to our codebase, including the GDPR documentation (RoPA, DPIA, DSAR and breach procedures, TIAs, privacy and cookie policies) and our SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 policy sets and registers. We don't need someone to create these from scratch. What we actually need: Someone willing to be formally appointed as our named external DPO for an EU, UK and global user base, operated by an Israeli company. Ongoing DPO duties: monitoring compliance, advising on new processing and product changes, acting as the contact point, and reviewing and validating our existing documentation. A lean, fractional, retainer-style relationship proportionate to a small single-founder company. We expect low hours in a typical month. Our product footprint is one shared backend serving a marketing website, two web apps and a VS Code extension, all covered by a single shared compliance corpus, so please price for the whole, not per website or per domain.
