Join our team as a Fractional Sales Closer and Business Development Lead. You'll work with our Epicor implementation services to drive growth and close deals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional results. If you have a strong sales background and experience in business development, we want to hear from you! H.M. Consulting Group is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to help close Epicor Kinetic implementation, optimization, and ERP consulting opportunities. We are not looking for a generic appointment setter. We need someone who understands how to sell professional services, manage discovery conversations, qualify prospects, communicate value, and help move ERP opportunities from interest to signed engagement. The ideal candidate has experience selling ERP, software implementation, IT consulting, manufacturing technology, or business systems services. Responsibilities include: Lead discovery calls with manufacturing and distribution prospects Qualify opportunities based on fit, urgency, budget, timeline, and decision process Position H.M. Consulting Group’s Epicor Kinetic services clearly and professionally Help develop proposals, scopes, and follow-up messaging Manage pipeline activity and follow-up cadence Support closing conversations and contract negotiation Provide feedback on offer positioning, pricing, and sales process improvements Strong fit if you have experience with: ERP implementation services Epicor, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Odoo, Acumatica, or similar systems Manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or project-based industries Consultative B2B sales Professional services sales cycles CRM discipline and pipeline management This role may begin as a fractional / commission-based or hybrid compensation arrangement, with room to grow as pipeline volume increases. We are looking for someone who can help turn qualified conversations into signed ERP consulting engagements, not just generate leads.
