Summary

# Client Care & Sales Virtual Assistant — Up Close Inspections Up Close Inspections is seeking a **full-time Client Care & Sales Virtual Assistant** to become a key member of our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who excels at customer service, enjoys talking with people, and has experience using **GoHighLevel (GHL)**. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering incoming calls, scheduling home inspections, following up with leads, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from the first phone call to the completed inspection. You will also play a direct role in growing our business through outbound calling to real estate agents, GoHighLevel campaign building, and social media marketing. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and confident on the phone. This is much more than an administrative role—you will play an important part in helping our company grow. ### Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls and assist clients professionally * Schedule home inspections and manage our calendar * Follow up with new leads and existing clients * Build rapport and confidently convert inquiries into appointments * **Upsell additional services** (radon testing, sewer scopes, mold inspections, and more) when clients call to schedule * **Cold call real estate agents** to introduce our services and build new relationships * **Follow up with agents** to nurture relationships and drive repeat referrals * Manage contacts within GoHighLevel and **create and manage opportunities in our pipelines** * **Create workflows, automations, Smart Tags, and pipelines in GoHighLevel** * **Create and manage email/SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel** * Send review requests and help maintain our online reputation * Build and maintain smart lists for targeted outreach * Help build out key GoHighLevel systems, including lead pipelines, missed-call text-back, review request automation, lead source tracking, and reporting dashboards * **Learn and use Spectora**, our inspection scheduling software (training provided) * **Follow company SOPs** (Standard Operating Procedures) for calls, scheduling, follow-up, and CRM management * **Manage our social media accounts** and support our marketing efforts * Respond to emails, text messages, and customer inquiries * Keep our CRM organized and up to date * Provide outstanding customer service every day ### Requirements * Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills * **Strong sales skills** — comfortable converting inquiries, overcoming price objections, and upselling services * Sales, cold calling, or appointment-setting experience * Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) * Experience building workflows, automations, campaigns, Smart Tags, and pipelines * Experience managing business social media accounts * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Willing to learn new software (Spectora) and consistently follow documented SOPs * Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace * Available to work full-time during **Eastern Time business hours** * Comfortable receiving occasional after-hours messages for urgent scheduling matters (responses expected during business hours unless truly urgent) ### Preferred Qualifications * Based in the United States (preferred) * Experience in the home inspection, real estate, or home services industry * Previous experience in a client care or inside sales role ### Training & Compensation * **Paid training provided** — training is compensated at a reduced hourly training rate during the initial onboarding period (approximately two weeks), after which your full hourly rate begins * We will train you on our scheduling software (Spectora), our services, and our sales process * Long-term hourly position following training, with room to grow as the company grows ### What to Expect * This role includes a **90-day introductory period** with a formal check-in at 30 days * **Reliable attendance is essential** — we ask for at least **two weeks' notice for planned time off** (vacations, appointments) and as much notice as possible for sick days or emergencies (at minimum, before the start of your shift) ### To Apply Please include: * A brief introduction about yourself * A voice recording introducing yourself * A summary of your GoHighLevel experience, including campaigns you've built * Your sales, cold calling, and customer service experience * Examples of workflows or automations you've built in GoHighLevel * Your availability during Eastern Time business hours * The word **"Inspection"** at the top of your proposal so we know you've read the entire job posting.
