We are hiring an experienced Full-Cycle Outbound Sales Closer who can handle the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing high-ticket deals. Responsibilities - Generate your own targeted leads. - Conduct outbound cold calls to decision-makers. - Qualify prospects and book sales meetings when needed. - Run discovery calls and sales presentations. - Handle objections and negotiate confidently. - Close high-ticket B2B deals. - Keep accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM. - Meet and exceed weekly sales targets. Requirements - Proven experience in B2B cold calling and high-ticket sales closing. - Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. - Must generate your own leads. - Must have your own calling software, dialer, CRM tools, headset, and reliable internet connection. - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
