Game Designer / Concept Artist for iGaming Originals

We are looking for a creative Game Designer / Concept Artist to help us develop original casino game concepts for the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate has experience creating simple, engaging, and visually distinctive game ideas inspired by modern iGaming originals, burst-style games, arcade mechanics, and animated betting experiences. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create game concepts, define core mechanics, produce visual mockups, and develop basic animated assets for pitching and prototyping. Responsibilities: * Develop original iGaming and casino game concepts * Design simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand game mechanics * Create visual themes, gameplay environments, and overall art direction * Produce rough concept art, mood boards, mockups, and UI layouts * Design characters, icons, backgrounds, game objects, and interface elements * Create basic 2D graphics and sprite-based assets * Produce simple sprite animations for characters, objects, wins, losses, and gameplay events * Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and explain the intended player experience * Refine and iterate on concepts based on internal feedback * Collaborate with developers to ensure concepts are practical to prototype and build Required Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in game design, concept art, or 2D game art * Experience working on casino, iGaming, mobile, arcade, or casual games * Strong understanding of simple gameplay loops and player engagement * Ability to create clean, polished, and visually engaging 2D graphics * Experience with sprite sheets and sprite-based animation * Ability to design characters, backgrounds, icons, UI elements, and game objects * Strong visual storytelling and concept presentation skills * Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly * Good communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: * Experience designing provably fair or originals-style casino games * Familiarity with crash, mines, plinko, dice, tower, burst, or multiplier-based mechanics * Experience creating animated game mockups or prototype videos * Familiarity with game engines or prototyping tools * Understanding of responsive game design for desktop and mobile * Experience preparing assets for developers What We Are Looking For: We are particularly interested in designers who can take a simple idea and turn it into a compelling game concept with a clear visual identity. The games should be easy to understand, enjoyable to watch, and suitable for short, repeatable betting sessions.
