Global Business Development & Sourcing Strategy Consultant – Technical Textiles, PPE, Gloves, Etc

We are building a global sourcing and manufacturing company specializing in technical textiles, industrial products, PPE, gloves, bags, footwear, workwear, and industrial accessories. Our model is asset-light. We work with qualified manufacturing partners in Bangladesh and source products for international buyers across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. We are seeking an experienced consultant or business development expert who can help us build and scale this business from the ground up. Scope of Work The consultant will help us: * Identify the highest-potential product categories. * Develop our global market entry strategy. * Identify target industries and customer segments. * Build our service offering and positioning. * Develop customer acquisition strategies. * Create outreach and lead generation systems. * Help build international sales channels. * Advise on pricing and margins. * Identify trade shows, distributors, and industry networks. * Develop a long-term growth roadmap. Product Categories Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: * Technical textiles * Industrial work gloves * Safety products and PPE * Industrial bags and cases * Workwear and protective apparel * Industrial footwear * Tactical and outdoor gear * Promotional products * Industrial accessories * Textile-based industrial products Target Markets * Canada * United States * United Kingdom * Europe * Australia * Middle East Ideal Candidate * 5+ years in international B2B sales, sourcing, or manufacturing. * Experience selling industrial products internationally. * Existing knowledge of distributors, importers, or buyers. * Experience with technical textiles, PPE, or industrial products. * Strong understanding of global supply chains. * Experience developing export businesses. * Experience working with Asian manufacturing suppliers. Deliverables * Product opportunity analysis. * Target customer list. * Go-to-market strategy. * Sales and outreach strategy. * Lead generation plan. * Buyer acquisition strategy. * Recommended CRM and sales systems. * Growth roadmap for the first 24 months.
