## About WBBC Consulting WBBC Consulting is a growing infrastructure, engineering, technology, and workforce solutions firm serving clients throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and beyond. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Growth Manager to help generate opportunities, manage relationships, maintain our CRM pipeline, and support our business development efforts. This is a part-time remote position with a clear path to a long-term and potentially full-time role. --- ## What You'll Do ### CRM & Pipeline Management * Maintain and update CRM records * Track prospects, referrals, and active opportunities * Manage business development pipelines in ClickUp and Excel * Ensure all contacts and opportunities remain organized and current ### Lead Generation & Outreach * Research and identify potential clients and partners * Add qualified contacts to the CRM * Send LinkedIn outreach messages * Send follow-up emails and communications * Distribute capability statements and company information ### Calendar & Meeting Coordination * Schedule discovery calls * Coordinate follow-up meetings * Schedule proposal reviews and strategic discussions * Ensure leadership focuses only on qualified opportunities ### Business Development Support * Track outreach activity and responses * Monitor proposal status * Support pilot project opportunities * Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects --- ## Who We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is: * Highly organized and detail-oriented * An excellent written and verbal communicator * Comfortable using CRM systems and business software * Self-motivated and proactive * Strong at relationship building and follow-up * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems * Interested in business development and growth strategy Infrastructure, engineering, construction, or consulting experience is a plus, but not required. --- ## Weekly Performance Expectations * Outreach and relationship-building activities * New contact research and CRM updates * Discovery call scheduling * Consistent follow-up with prospects and referral partners * Accurate proposal and opportunity tracking --- ## What Success Looks Like You will help manage the business development process from: **Lead Identification → CRM Entry → Discovery Meeting Scheduled** Our leadership team then takes over client meetings, proposals, and project delivery. Your role is to keep opportunities moving, relationships organized, and calendars filled with qualified conversations. --- ## Position Details * Part-Time * Approximately 20 hours per week * Fully Remote * Growth path to a long-term or full-time opportunity --- ## To Apply Please include: 1.
