We are Keep Nomad, an established international brand in the online education and digital products space. We already have a strong global footprint with over 30,000 students worldwide, including a fast-growing community of 1,000+ students in Indonesia alone. We are looking for a high-performing, growth-driven Head of Sales / Sales Manager based in Indonesia to take our local operations to the next level. Our primary sales engine is Conversational Commerce via WhatsApp. We run weekly sales events and campaigns within dedicated WhatsApp groups, and we need a commercial leader to manage, train, and optimize our sales team during these high-intensity events. If you are an expert in closing deals through chat, leading sales reps under pressure, and scaling conversion rates, this is your place. 🎯 What You Will Do: Manage WhatsApp Sales Campaigns: Oversee, coordinate, and drive the execution of our weekly sales events inside WhatsApp groups. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, train, and motivate our local Indonesian sales representatives (closers) to maintain high energy and conversion rates during events. Optimize Conversion Rates (CRO): Analyze the chat sales funnel, script performance, and objection handling to constantly improve the quality and quantity of sales. Localization & Strategy: Ensure our sales pitches, offers, and communication style perfectly align with the cultural nuances and buying behaviors of the Indonesian audience. KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics (conversion rates, average ticket, team performance, and ROI) directly to the executive team. 💼 Requirements: Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager, or Team Lead focusing on E-commerce, Digital Products, or Chat Commerce in Indonesia. Strong expertise in WhatsApp Marketing, Conversational Commerce, or Live/Event-based sales funnels. Demonstrated ability to manage and scale a remote sales team. Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape, local payment preferences, and consumer psychology. Fluent in English and Native Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
