Healthcare Lead List Builder – Behavioral Health Contacts USA (Apollo.io / ZoomInfo)

We are looking for an experienced researcher to build a targeted, verified contact list of professionals working at residential behavioral health and addiction treatment centers in California. This is the first project in what we expect to be a long-term relationship building similar lists across the entire United States. If your work meets our standards, there is significant ongoing work available. Quality and accuracy are our top priority — we prefer 300 highly accurate contacts over 500 unreliable ones. Target Geography — Phase One: California — priority on Los Angeles, Malibu, Orange County, Ventura County and San Diego Target Facilities: Residential addiction treatment and behavioral health centers, with emphasis on higher-end and luxury programs Target Job Titles: Psychiatrist Psychologist Clinical Director Medical Director Business Development Director Deliverable: A clean, verified Excel spreadsheet containing 400-500 contacts with the following fields: First and last name Job title Facility/organization name Work email address Phone number (direct or facility) City Recommended Sources: Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or the SAMHSA Treatment Locator facility list Quality Standards: All contacts must be currently employed at the listed facility Email addresses should be verified and deliverable No scraped, outdated, or bulk unverified data Any contacts falling below these standards should be replaced at no additional cost Payment Structure — Milestones: This project is paid in three milestones to protect both parties and ensure quality at every stage: Milestone 1 — $300: Delivery and approval of a sample of 25 verified contacts. Work on the full list begins only after this sample is reviewed and approved. Milestone 2 — $600: Delivery and approval of the first 250 contacts meeting all quality standards above. Milestone 3 — $800: Delivery and approval of the remaining 250 contacts and final delivery of the complete list. Budget: $1,700 fixed price (paid in three milestones as described above) Accuracy Bonus: An additional $500 bonus will be awarded for exceptional accuracy, verified through spot-checking and email deliverability testing. We reward quality work and are looking for someone to grow with us long term across multiple projects nationwide.
