Summary

We're pre-launch and need help acquiring our first 100 healthcare providers (doctors, nurse practitioners, therapists) before opening to patients. What You'll Do: LinkedIn Outreach (Primary) Use Sales Navigator to identify target providers in Atlanta Send 100+ personalized connection requests/week Follow up with engaged prospects Book discovery calls on founder's calendar Email Outreach Find provider emails using Apollo.io or similar tools Send cold email sequences (templates provided) Track responses and follow up CRM Management Log all activities in HubSpot/Notion Update lead status and notes Generate weekly reports on metrics Research Build targeted lists of providers by specialty Research local medical associations and events Identify partnership opportunities Target Providers: Family Medicine / Primary Care doctors Nurse Practitioners (especially mobile/house call) Mental Health (therapists, psychiatrists, counselors) Physical Therapists Dermatologists Pediatricians
