High Ticket Closer for TikTok Ad Services (selling to ecomm brands)

Looking for somebody to work directly with me, the CEO of Spoty Digital, as a high ticket closer for our offer. We've been in the agency space for two years, have a stellar record of client success, and are looking to hire high ticket closers for our newest offer. We're selling AI Ad services to ecom clients. You'll be getting 4-6 calls a day. Ideal candidate can work 6 days a week. Deals are $2.5k, $4k, or $5k. You will get 15% starting commission, and when your monthly close rate surpasses 30%, all deals for that month will be upped to 20%. Experience with high ticket sales a major plus. All leads are warm and interested. We have 85%+ show rate to appointments. Ideal candidate will be ready to start right away. Earnings will depend on you, but if you work out the math: 4 calls a day, 6 days a week, 30% close rate, $5k deal size... it can add up very quick.
