High Ticket Sales Closer

Part-Time Sales Closer — High-Ticket Education (US Only) Great compensation and base pay. Only work 4-6 days per month from high intent Webinar leads. We're hiring 2-3 part-time closers to handle overflow sales calls for a high-ticket business education company. This is not cold calling. These are warm leads who attended a live webinar, raised their hand, and booked a call. Your job is to close them. The Role We run live webinars twice a month that generate 40-90+ booked sales calls in a 3-4 day window after each event. Our full-time closer handles the primary volume, but we need 2-3 additional closers to take the overflow so no lead goes cold. You'd be working approximately 4-6 days per month (the days immediately following each webinar). During those windows, you could have anywhere from 5-15 calls depending on volume. Calls are 30-60 minutes each via Zoom or Google Meet. Between webinars, there may be occasional follow-up calls with prospects who didn't close on the first conversation, but the bulk of your work is concentrated around those post-webinar windows. What You're Selling A paid community and mentorship program focused on small business acquisitions. Three tiers ranging from $3,800 to $9,800+. The founder has 25+ years of experience buying and selling businesses. These prospects have already sat through a 2-3 hour live training — they know the offer, they've seen the value. Many of them just need someone to walk them through next steps and handle objections. This is a one-call close environment. You're not nurturing leads for weeks. You're getting on, qualifying, presenting the right tier, handling objections, and closing. What We Provide • Full sales script and objection handling playbook • Pre-call notes on every prospect (income, capital, timeline, what they said on the webinar) • Access to the product so you understand what you're selling • A lead closer and ops team managing the pipeline — you just take the calls • Stripe payment links ready to go — you close, they pay on the spot • Payment plan options available (Klarna, Afterpay) so price objections are handled What We're Looking For • US-based (required — our prospects are US-based and expect US closers) • Proven experience closing high-ticket offers ($3,000-$10,000+ range) • Comfortable on video calls — camera on, professional, confident • Can follow a script while still reading the room and adapting • Available on short notice during post-webinar windows (typically Friday through Monday) • Reliable — if you're on the calendar, you show up. Period. • Bonus: Experience in business education, coaching, finance, or real estate sales What This Is NOT • This is not appointment setting or cold calling • This is not a full-time role — it's concentrated around 2 webinar events per month • This is not a "figure it out yourself" situation — you'll have scripts, training, and support Compensation Base per call day + commission on closed deals. We pay well for people who close. Specific comp structure will be discussed during the interview, but expect to earn significantly more than a standard freelance hourly rate if you're good at what you do. To Apply Please include: 1.
