HubSpot/Breeze Specialist for Account Signals and Workflows

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot specialist to help us test a focused client and contact reactivation use case inside our existing HubSpot portal. The pilot will likely focus on lapsed client accounts and former client contacts, including people who may have changed companies or roles. We want to test whether HubSpot’s native capabilities, including Breeze AI, enrichment, scoring, workflows, tasks, alerts, and reporting, can help us: - Update and enrich existing company and contact records - Identify contacts who have changed roles or companies - Surface relevant business, relationship, or timing signals - Prioritize the strongest reengagement opportunities - Assign ownership and create follow-up tasks - Track outreach, responses, meetings, and opportunities The work may include configuring properties, lists, scoring, enrichment, workflows, alerts, AI-supported research, and a simple reporting dashboard. A later phase may apply the same approach to a defined set of new target accounts. Our HubSpot portal is functional but not fully optimized. We are not seeking a full portal audit or CRM rebuild. The objective is to make this pilot work with the minimum practical changes. Any broader cleanup or redesign should be identified separately. We are looking for someone with recent, practical experience in: - HubSpot Sales Hub - Breeze and HubSpot AI tools - HubSpot enrichment and Credits - Company and contact scoring - Workflow and task automation - Contact enrichment and job or company-change data - Reporting and dashboards Please include examples of similar HubSpot work, your availability, hourly rate, and a brief explanation of how you would approach this pilot.
