HubSpot Growth & Business Development Specialist - Part-Time/Freelance H2M Brand Haus is seeking a freelance professional to build and manage a proactive business development engine using HubSpot's capabilities, with focus on Buyer Intent and AI Search Optimization (AEO). This individual will identify organizations actively researching marketing and branding services, develop qualified opportunities, and help position H2M Brand Haus for greater visibility within both traditional and AI-powered search environments. The goal is to create a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through data, technology, and relationship-focused outreach rather than traditional cold calling. Primary Responsibilities • Monitor and manage HubSpot Buyer Intent to identify qualified business prospects. • Monitor H2M's visibility within AI-powered search platforms (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) and identify opportunities to improve discoverability and authority. • Work with the agency to manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including contact management, and lead scoring. • Recommend and coordinate content or SEO/AEO initiatives that strengthen H2M's digital presence. • Track prospect engagement, campaign performance, and business development metrics. • Provide regular reporting summarizing buyer intent activity, AI search visibility, qualified opportunities, and recommended next steps. • Collaborate with H2M leadership to continuously refine prospecting strategies, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
