IVF/Fertility Sales Specialist – Medical Tourism (Phone-Based Lead Conversion, Virginia Preferred)

We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in IVF/fertility treatment sales to join our medical tourism company. You'll be calling warm inbound leads (patients interested in IVF treatment abroad) and converting inquiries into booked consultations/procedures through professional, empathetic phone communication. **Responsibilities:** - Call and follow up with inbound leads interested in IVF/fertility treatments - Understand patient needs, answer questions about treatment options, pricing, and logistics - Build trust and guide leads through the decision-making process with empathy (this is a sensitive, emotional topic for patients) - Convert inquiries into booked consultations or confirmed treatment packages - Maintain accurate records of all calls and lead status in our CRM - Follow up persistently but professionally until a lead is closed or disqualified **Requirements:** - Proven experience in IVF, fertility, or medical/health-related phone sales - Excellent spoken English (native or near-native preferred) - Strong closing skills combined with genuine empathy — this isn't a pushy sales role - Comfortable with outbound/inbound phone-based sales workflows - Experience with CRM tools (we use Zoho) - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for calls **Preferred:** - **Based in Virginia, USA** (strong preference — easier coordination, time zone alignment, possible in-person collaboration) - Previous experience in medical tourism / international patient coordination - Experience with US-based patients specifically Job Type: Commission
