The official court judgment clearly reflects these facts. We are aware that U.S. immigration law treats controlled substance cases differently from many state laws, and we are seeking an attorney who can provide an objective legal assessment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), Department of State guidance, and relevant immigration practice. We expect the follow-on engagement to have a substantially larger budget and are seeking a long-term attorney-client relationship rather than a one-time consultation.
