The role focuses on conducting those consultations, explaining the immigration process, and converting prospects into retained clients. Commission-based: $100 USD per enrolled client. This is a high-demand visa category with strong client interest, so conversion rates tend to be favorable. Responsibilities - Conduct pre-scheduled calls with prospective clients - Explain the professional visa process and answer questions clearly - Address objections and guide prospects toward signing a retainer - Submit brief call notes summarizing the outcome and any follow-up items Requirements - Substantial sales experience with a track record of closing in a consultation or service-based environment - Comfortable learning and explaining a process-driven service to clients unfamiliar with it - Able to handle objections, particularly around cost, in a calm and professional manner - Professional communication and reliable availability - Prior knowledge of immigration is a plus but not required. - Training on the visa process will be provided Logistics This firm operates in the United States, so all client calls are conducted via a US phone number. The selected candidate will be responsible for arranging a US number for this purpose. A SIM card and phone service can be provided, however the candidate will need to have their own phone to use them.
