Freelance Immigration Attorney – NIW & Business Visa Experience Job Description: We are seeking a freelance immigration attorney with demonstrated experience in National Interest Waivers (NIW) and business immigration visas (E-2, L-1, EB-1, EB-2). This is a project-based, as-needed role. The attorney will assist with case evaluation, legal strategy, petition drafting, and client advisement. Responsibilities: Evaluate eligibility for NIW and business visa cases Draft and review petitions (I-140, supporting documentation) Develop legal strategy and case positioning Provide guidance on evidence and compliance Collaborate with our firm on complex matters Qualifications: Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing Proven experience with NIW petitions and business visas Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Engagement Model: Freelance / per-project basis Potential for ongoing collaboration
