Haus Of Reach is a commerce marketing and brand partnership agency building a curated influencer network for consumer brand campaigns. We are looking for an experienced Influencer Talent Manager or Brand Partnerships Manager to help secure paid brand deals for our roster of TikTok and Instagram influencers. This role is best for someone who already understands influencer marketing, talent management, brand partnerships, creator campaigns, outreach, negotiation, and campaign packaging. The ideal candidate has existing relationships with consumer brands, ecommerce brands, Shopify brands, founders, agencies, PR teams, or marketing teams that work with influencers. We are not looking for a basic social media assistant. We are looking for someone who can help turn influencer talent into paid brand partnerships. About the Role: Haus Of Reach is building a roster of TikTok and Instagram influencers across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, haircare, skincare, fashion, home, mom life, product discovery, and everyday consumer products. Your role will be to help pitch our talent to brands, open brand conversations, package influencer opportunities, negotiate deals, and help close paid campaigns. Responsibilities: Pitch Haus Of Reach influencer talent to relevant brands Source and contact brands looking for influencer partnerships Use your existing brand network to open conversations Build brand outreach lists and campaign pipelines Present influencer profiles, media kits, rates, and audience data to brands Help package influencers into brand campaign opportunities Negotiate campaign pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights Coordinate with Haus Of Reach once a brand is interested Help move deals from conversation to signed campaign Support follow-up with brands and campaign communication when needed Help turn one-time brand deals into repeat partnerships Ideal Candidate Has Experience With: Influencer talent management Brand partnerships Influencer marketing sales Creator campaign management Agency business development Ecommerce or Shopify brand partnerships Beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, home, or consumer product brands Pitching talent or creators to brands Negotiating paid influencer campaigns You Are a Strong Fit If: You have experience securing brand deals for influencers or creators You already have relationships with brands, founders, agencies, or marketing teams You know how to pitch talent professionally You understand influencer rates, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting, exclusivity, and campaign terms You are comfortable working on a commission-based structure to start You are motivated by uncapped earning potential You want the opportunity to grow into a paid base role after proving performance Compensation: This is a commission-based role to start with uncapped earning potential. There is no upfront hourly pay during the initial performance period. Commission is paid on signed brand deals that you help source, negotiate, or close for Haus Of Reach influencer talent. Commission Structure: Uncapped commission on closed brand deals Commission paid after Haus Of Reach receives payment from the brand Commission percentage to be discussed based on your level of involvement, existing brand relationships, and whether you are sourcing, closing, managing, or supporting the campaign Higher commission may be available for managers who actively source, negotiate, close, and support campaigns from start to finish Path to Base Pay: This role has the opportunity to grow into a base pay structure after a 3-month grace period. After the first 3 months, Haus Of Reach will review performance based on: Number of qualified brand leads brought in Number of signed brand deals closed Revenue generated Quality of brand relationships Communication and follow-through High-performing managers may be considered for a base pay structure plus ongoing commission after the 3-month performance period. Important: This role is performance-based at the start. It is best suited for someone who already has influencer marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, or agency sales experience and wants to grow with a new influencer network.
