Inside Sales & Business Development Representative (BDR) SafeLink Consulting, Inc. Position Summary SafeLink Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities within the dental, dental laboratory, healthcare, wellness, and medspa markets. This role is responsible for proactive prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, engaging decision-makers, overcoming objections, and creating qualified opportunities for SafeLink’s consulting team. This is a results-driven position focused on generating meetings and building pipeline opportunities related to OSHA, HIPAA, FDA, cybersecurity, environmental, and compliance consulting services. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation * Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up campaigns. * Identify and engage decision-makers within: * Dental Practices * Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) * Dental Laboratories * Medical Practices * MedSpas & Wellness Centers * Specialty Healthcare Organizations * Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders. * Build and maintain prospect lists within CRM and sales tools. Appointment Setting * Schedule qualified discovery meetings for SafeLink consultants and leadership team. * Educate prospects on SafeLink’s services and value proposition. * Qualify opportunities using established criteria. * Maintain a steady pipeline of sales-ready opportunities. Relationship Development * Develop rapport with office managers, practice administrators, compliance officers, owners, executives, and clinical leaders. * Conduct follow-up activities to nurture prospects through the sales process. * Re-engage dormant leads and past clients. CRM & Reporting * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. * Track calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities in CRM. * Provide weekly pipeline and activity reports. * Support marketing campaigns and event follow-up efforts. ⸻ Ideal Candidate Profile Experience * 2+ years of inside sales, appointment setting, business development, or lead generation experience. * Experience selling B2B services preferred. * Healthcare, dental, laboratory, compliance, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services experience is a plus. Skills * Excellent verbal communication and phone presence. * Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls daily. * Strong listening and objection-handling skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and remotely.
