Instagram/Facebook Outreach Specialist – Real Estate Lead Gen for US Service Business Project

We own a remote-managed home service business in Colorado. We are looking for a savvy outreach specialist to connect with Colorado Springs realtors on Instagram or in relevant Facebook groups, introduce our services and our promotion, ask qualifying questions and identify real interest. Responsibilities: 1. Identify active realtors in Colorado Springs on Zillow. (high priority realtor candidates would be “Top Agent” realtors along with realtors with over 15 individual sales in the last 12 months). 2. Represent our brand professionally. 3. Send personalized, non-spammy DMs. 4. Follow up and respond to prospects through Instagram and Facebook DMs. 5. Track all outreach and responses in a spreadsheet. 6. Keep conversations organized. 3. Flag "Hot Leads" (realtors who ask for pricing/availability) for me to close. Provide daily progress report. No more than 3 hours per day of work. Requirements: Perfect written English (no "broken" grammar—it must sound like a local peer). Proven experience with manual Instagram/Facebook DM outreach. Ability to work during US business hours. Is reliable and available daily. Can follow instructions. There will be a $15.00 bonus for every realtor that actually makes a booking.
