Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to support our growing portfolio of international healthcare clients. You will help source, screen, and qualify candidates for senior and specialist medical positions, collaborating closely with our team to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals through targeted searches, job boards, and networking. Screen and assess candidates for suitability and compliance. Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates. Requirements: ✅ Proven experience in healthcare recruitment — ideally with international placements. ✅ Strong understanding of medical job roles (Physicians, Surgeons, Specialists, etc.). ✅ Excellent English communication and organizational skills. ✅ Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results remotely. Preferred Experience: Prior recruitment for healthcare markets in North America, Australasia or the Gulf region. Experience sourcing high-grade medical professionals.
