Scale Up Counsel is a legal recruiting agency. We help law firms find top attorneys (lawyers). We do reverse recruiting where we help lawyer candidates find roles at law firms too. This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow. What You Will Do (Responsibilities) - Find Lawyers for Specific Job Openings: Review LinkedIn profiles, law firms bios, and resumes to find the right lawyers for a specific law firm job. Collect their emails, LinkedIn profile links, phone numbers and a short description of their experience for us to contact them and schedule appointments for me. - Finding Jobs for Candidates: Look at law firm websites and job boards to find open jobs that match our candidate's experience. Save the job links, firm names, and job requirements so we can help the candidate apply. - Draft and send Outreach Templates: Write professional emails to send to law firms and candidates over email and linkedin. - Job Applications: Create candidate application files, including cover letters and profile summaries. - Data Tracking: Keep records updated and organized in our database (google sheet). Work Expectations - Video: Turn your camera on during meetings. - Time Zone: Work during US Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours. - Scheduling: Share your work schedule every week in advance. - Availability: Answer calls and messages quickly while you are clocked in. - Tools: Use Google Chat for daily team communication. Also use linkedin, google sheets, google docs. - Proactive: Call/message me directly when you have questions. Requirements (What You Need) - Setup: A reliable internet connection. - English Skills: Excellent written English. Your writing must be clear, professional, and ready to send without grammar mistakes. - Attention to Detail: Very high accuracy when checking resumes and tracking data. - Privacy: Ability to handle private and confidential career information safely. - Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple job searches at the same time. Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills): - Experience in legal recruiting (or recruiting in general). - Experience writing professional bios or cover letters. - Basic understanding of how US law firms operate.
