Investor Relations Coordinator - Brain Health Startup

TITLE: Investor Relations Coordinator, Early-Stage Health Tech Startup (Contract, Remote) ABOUT THE COMPANY Remember When is an early-stage venture developing voice-first technology for memory preservation and elder connection. We are actively raising a seed round and have a finalized investor presentation deck, a warm list of prospective investors (primarily family offices and early-stage VC), and a founder who is actively taking meetings. What we need is a disciplined, organized coordinator to help us run the investor outreach process professionally and efficiently in a HubSpot CRM platform. HubSpot proficiency, not just experience, is a must. THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced investor relations coordinator to support the founder in managing outreach to prospective investors over a 60-day engagement. This is a coordination and execution role, not a strategy role. The founder leads all investor relationships and makes all decisions on positioning and messaging. You keep the process organized, moving, and well-tracked. SCOPE OF WORK Outreach execution against an approved investor contact list, including initial contact emails, follow-up sequences, and scheduling Circulation of teaser materials and investor deck to qualified prospects per founder direction Coordination and scheduling of pitch meetings (virtual and in-person) on behalf of the founder Management of NDA distribution, execution tracking, and follow-up material requests Maintenance of an investor tracking system capturing contact status, meeting notes, follow-up actions, and pipeline progression Drafting and sending professional correspondence on behalf of the company as directed Weekly status updates summarizing outreach activity, pipeline status, and next steps WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Direct experience supporting investor outreach or fundraising coordination for startups or early-stage companies Strong written communication skills with a professional, institutional tone Experience managing outreach pipelines, HubSpot CRM, and investor tracking systems Comfort working with NDAs, investor materials, and confidential company information Organized, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal direction once scope is set Familiarity with family office, angel, or VC ecosystems is a plus but not required ENGAGEMENT DETAILS Contract: 60 days Hours: Flexible, part-time. This role can be managed around other commitments. Location: Fully remote Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Please include your hourly rate in your proposal.
