Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will meet customers at their homes, understand their needs, recommend suitable window treatment solutions, prepare quotations, and close sales. This position is ideal for someone with experience in home improvement, interior design, flooring, remodeling, real estate, furniture, or in-home sales. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and scheduled appointments. Visit customer homes for consultations. Measure windows accurately. Recommend the best products based on customer needs and budget. Prepare and present quotations. Follow up on quotations and close sales. Coordinate with the operations and installation teams. Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM. Build long-term customer relationships. Generate referrals from satisfied customers. Meet monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and CRM software. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Preferred Experience selling window treatments, flooring, kitchen remodeling, roofing, solar, HVAC, furniture, or similar home improvement products. Experience with in-home consultations. Basic measuring skills. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
