We’re Hiring: Junior Sales Specialist – Specialty Chemicals Location: Lugano, Switzerland Travel: international travel Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Specialist to join our Specialty Chemicals Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional eager to grow within a fast-paced, international B2B environment. Our business focuses on the distribution and development of chemical raw materials used across key industries such as construction, latex, coatings, leather goods, oil drilling and agrochemicals. Your Role As a Junior Sales, you will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Support and collaborate directly with the Vice President of the Specialties Division • Manage existing customers and sales activities for assigned product lines • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth • Identify and develop new customers, markets, and product opportunities • Monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports and forecasts • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D, and marketing teams What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Chemical Engineering is a strong plus) • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemicals industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus • Proficiency in MS Office tools • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment Why Join Us?
