Summary

We're a web design agency targeting US law firms for website redesigns, and we want to improve how we identify and reach the right firms. Rather than give you a rigid spec, we want to hear your approach first. In your proposal, tell us: - How would you go about identifying law firms that are good candidates for a website redesign / digital growth service — what signals or criteria would you look for? - What tools do you use to research a business's current online presence — rankings, traffic, ad spend, tech stack — and how much of that can you pull today versus what takes manual work? - How do you find direct contact info for decision-makers (not general office lines) — what's realistic in terms of accuracy and speed? - Have you worked on lead generation for professional services or local service businesses before? What worked, what didn't? - Roughly, if you were building us a list of 50-100 well-qualified law firms in a target city, how would you approach it and how long would it take? We're not looking for a generic scraped list of law firm names and phone numbers — we want someone who thinks about *qualification*, not just volume. Once we hear your approach, we'll share more about our specific targeting criteria (competitiveness, current search ranking, growth signals) and see if it's a fit.
