Lead Generation & Partnership Specialist: Fintech Alliances (Indian Gig Platforms) Job Description: We are avisors to an Indian fintech company looking to partner with major gig-economy, hyperlocal, mobility, and blue-collar platforms to provide customized financial products, micro-loans, credit cards, and essential financial safety nets to their delivery partners, drivers, and independent service professionals. We are seeking a highly driven Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist with a deep understanding of the Indian startup/logistics ecosystem to map out organizational hierarchies and help us secure introductory meetings with high-level decision-makers. Target Entities & Target Platforms: * Food / Hyperlocal / Quick-Commerce: Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket * Mobility / Intra-City Logistics: Uber India, Ola, Rapido, Porter, Borzo * Home Services & On-Demand Maintenance: Urban Company, Housejoy, Mr. Right * B2B Gig Aggregators & Platforms: Taskmo, Vahan.ai, Apna, WorkIndia, TeamLease Target Roles (Decision Makers Only): 1. Head / VP / Director of Strategic Alliances & Corporate Partnerships 2. Head of Rider/Driver/Partner Ecosystem or Supply Operations 3. Head of Monetization / Fintech Initiatives 4. Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Operations Directors Compensation & Success-Based Fee Structure We believe in heavily rewarding performance and alignment. This contract will be executed through a hybrid model with a low fixed-base fee coupled with performance-linked milestones: * Milestone 1 (Base Mapping Data): USD 100 fixed fee for delivering a verified, pristine contact list of 25 qualified executives across the target platforms. * Milestone 2 (Positive Engagement Bonus): An additional US 25 bonus for every target executive who actively responds to the initial outreach with genuine business interest. This outreach is to be done by the appointed consultant. * Milestone 3 (Meeting Success Bonus): An additional USD 75 bonus for every qualified exploratory/discovery call successfully undertaken * Milestone 4 (Commercial Contract Bonus): A substantial, premium performance bonus of USD 500 payable upon the formal signing of a commercial business partnership or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This will be capped at USD 2,000. * Deliverables Required Milestone 1: List of around 25 qualified leads along with their names, phone numbers and email IDs Milestone 2: Positive engagement through reply email or whatsapp Milestone 3: Meeting using a web platform or a physical meeting Milestone 4: An agreement between this company and the Fintech company Requirements to Apply: * Must be based in India or have extensive, documented experience sourcing executive talent within the Indian tech/startup ecosystem. * Must have premium data tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter.io) * Prior experience in Fintech B2B sales, corporate alliances, or HR-tech recruitment is a significant advantage. * Strict Rule: No mass cold-emailing or automated spamming under our brand name.
