Lead Generation Specialist (Wholesale Real Estate)

Amanah Homes & Co. is hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and deliver high-quality off-market real estate leads for our acquisitions team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with proven experience in wholesale real estate lead generation. We are a startup focused on building efficient systems and need a detail-oriented professional who can consistently produce qualified leads. Responsibilities • Research and generate motivated seller leads, including: • Pre-foreclosures • Probate properties • Vacant properties • Absentee owners • Tired landlords • FSBOs • Tax-delinquent properties • Code violations • Vacant land • Verify and organize lead data. • Skip trace property owners when required. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM. • Ensure lead quality by removing duplicates and verifying property information. • Deliver daily lead lists that meet company standards. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in wholesale real estate lead generation. • Experience using platforms such as PropWire, DealMachine, BatchLeads, PropertyRadar, REsimpli, PropStream, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of motivated seller lead types and real estate investing. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to meet daily lead production goals. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
