Lead Generation Specialist (with Cold Email Experience)

We’re a lead generation agency looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Lead Gen Specialist to support our outbound campaigns end-to-end. What You’ll Be Doing: Campaign & Offer Support - Prepare reports, scorecards, and campaign summaries - Update and maintain sales offer data Email Setup & Infrastructure - Set up domains and email accounts (Configure SPF, DKIM, and DNS records) - Maintain tracking sheets Lead Generation & Data Management - Build targeted lead lists based on our criteria - Clean, validate, and organize lead data Campaign Setup & Execution - Upload leads and email copy into campaigns - Perform QA checks before launch - Launch and manage campaigns using Instantly Deliverability & Monitoring - Run deliverability tests and monitor inbox health - Track performance metrics (opens, replies, bookings) - Ensure domains and accounts are functioning properly Ongoing Campaign Management - Monitor campaigns daily (pause/resume as needed) - Manage email accounts and domain performance - Support reply handling and lead tracking Admin & Reporting - Track tasks and updates in ClickUp - Clean up and organize completed leads weekly What We’re Looking For: - Experience with cold email and lead generation - Familiarity with Instantly (or similar tools) - Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel - Understanding of email deliverability basics - Highly detail-oriented and organized Availability Requirement (Important): - Must be available to work during US Central Time (CT) hours - Must be responsive during working hours for team communication and updates
