Lead Generation & E-commerce Assistant

Hi! We run an online shop producing custom high-detail replicas of cars, boats, architectural models, and animals. We are looking for a motivated freelancer to help us expand our market reach, find targeted buyers, and assist with store optimization. What You Will Do: * Outreach & Sales: Find targeted audiences, collectors, and potential clients (via social media, niche forums, groups) and initiate outreach to present our products. * Content & AI Operations: Create and edit engaging product listings using AI tools (generating descriptions, optimizing copy, preparing listing assets). * Market Research & Store Improvement: Research market trends, analyze competitors, and complete assigned tasks to optimize our shop’s performance and catalog. What We Look For: * Strong English skills (written communication) and experience in basic online sales or customer outreach. * Familiarity with AI tools for text/content generation and editing. * Ability to self-direct online research (experience in niche communities, custom gifts, or collector markets is a big plus). * Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills. Payment & Bonuses: * Base Salary: $200 / month for core e-commerce tasks and shop maintenance. * Commission: 5% from every completed sale generated through your outreach. * Performance Bonuses: Extra financial rewards for successful market research insights, creative growth ideas, and high performance.
