Lead Research & Outreach Specialist (Remote)

About the Role I’m looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to help build the sales engine for a growing marketing agency focused on home service businesses. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth as the business expands. Initially, your primary responsibility will be researching qualified businesses and building accurate prospect lists. As you demonstrate success, you’ll take on additional outreach responsibilities and become an important part of our sales process. Responsibilities Initially, you will: * Research independent plumbing companies * Find and verify business contact information * Organize leads in Google Sheets and our CRM * Remove duplicate records * Keep lead data accurate and organized As you grow in the role, responsibilities will expand to include: * Sending cold SMS messages using provided scripts * Following up with prospects * Updating CRM records * Booking appointments for sales calls You will not be responsible for closing sales. Requirements * Excellent attention to detail * Strong written English * Reliable internet connection * Comfortable using Google Search, Google Maps, Facebook, company websites, and Google Sheets * Able to follow written instructions precisely * Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Previous experience with lead generation is helpful but not required. Paid Trial Project Before making a long-term hiring decision, you’ll complete a paid trial project so we can make sure we’re a good fit. The trial will involve researching qualified businesses, organizing the data, and completing a small outreach assignment using provided scripts and instructions.
