Lead Research + Phone Audit VA for Local US Marketing Agency (Ongoing, US Hours)

We're a local marketing agency in Texas (NeverMissed DFW). We help small businesses capture missed phone calls. We need a detail-obsessed VA to build our prospect pipeline and run a simple daily "phone audit" process. This is ongoing part-time work (10–20 hrs/week to start) with room to grow for the right person. What you'll do: Build lists of local businesses (salons, med spas, auto repair, dental offices, catering restaurants) in specific US cities using Google Maps — capturing business name, phone, website, owner name where available, and address into a Google Sheet template we provide. Run "phone audits": call each business during US business hours (a short, polite call — you'll follow a 2-line script), note whether they answered, whether you got an automated text back afterward, and whether their voicemail was full. Log the result in the sheet. Keep the tracker clean, accurate, and up to date. Accuracy matters more than speed. You must have: Excellent spoken and written English (you'll be making brief calls to US businesses). Reliable internet and a way to make US calls (we can provide a calling method if needed). Availability during US Central Time business hours (roughly 9am–5pm CT), at least a few hours per day. Google Sheets proficiency and strong attention to detail. Experience with lead research / list building / cold calling is a big plus. Hours & pay: 10–20 hrs/week to start, ongoing. Please state your hourly rate.
