Lead generation specialist Data Scraping — insurance Leads

We are hiring an experienced lead generation specialist to build and manage a full insurance prospect pipeline for our US-based LLC. This is a results-driven role with long-term potential for the right person. --- WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Scrape and build targeted lead lists for insurance prospects across the following lines: auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance (cars and trucks) - Source leads using paid or professional data tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lead411, Seamless.ai, or similar — tool cost reimbursed or negotiated) - Ensure all leads are DNC-compliant and scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before any outreach begins - Qualify prospects based on our criteria and hand off warm, confirmed appointments to our closer --- LEAD DATA REQUIRED PER RECORD Each scraped lead must include the following fields: - Full name - Phone number (cell phone required) - Email address - Home or business address - State and ZIP code - Insurance line of interest (auto / home / life / commercial) - Vehicle details for auto and commercial leads (year, make, model if available) - Property type for home insurance leads - Lead source and date scraped - Do include to source ssn, DOB, or any financial data. (very important) --- DNC COMPLIANCE — NON-NEGOTIABLE All leads must be scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry before outreach. We operate under a registered US LLC and will not contact any individual on the DNC list under any circumstances. Please confirm your DNC scrubbing process in your proposal.
